Refund Policy

At Night Syllabus Publications, your satisfaction matters to us. We stand behind the quality of our e-books and want you to feel confident in every purchase. This Refund Policy explains your rights, how to request a refund, and the conditions that apply.
1. Our commitment
We offer a 7-day refund guarantee on all e-book purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of the purchase date. To be considered, you must clearly explain why you are not satisfied, what you expected from the e-book, and how it did not meet those expectations.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
- Your refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of your purchase date.
- Your request must be sent to hello@nightsyllabus.com from the same email address you used to make the purchase.
- Your request must include your full order details like name, phone number etc.
- The purchase must have been made directly through ebook.nightsyllabus.com.
- The order must contain only one e-book. Orders containing more than one e-book are not eligible for a refund.
- Refund requests made after 7 calendar days will not be accepted under any circumstances.
3. What is deducted
Night Syllabus Publications does not profit from refund deductions. When a refund is approved, the payment gateway transaction fee is deducted from the total amount you paid. The remaining balance is returned to the original payment method you used for the purchase.
This deduction covers the payment processor’s fees and is entirely outside our control.
4. Processing time
- We review your request and send an approval decision within 3 business days.
- Once approved, we process your refund within 7 business days.
- The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank or mobile financial service provider, such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or your card/bank.
5. How to request a refund
Send an email to hello@nightsyllabus.com from the email address used at the time of purchase, and include the following:
- Your full name as used at the time of purchase.
- The phone number used at the time of purchase.
- The name of the e-book you purchased.
- A clear and detailed explanation of what you expected from the e-book and why it did not meet your expectations.
Requests without a proper explanation may be declined. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
6. Non-refundable situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- The refund request is submitted after 7 calendar days from the purchase date.
- The order contains more than one e-book.
- The request is sent from an email address different from the one used for the purchase.
- The request does not include the required details or a proper explanation of dissatisfaction.
- There is a pattern of repeated purchases and refunds across multiple titles, which we consider an abuse of our refund policy.
- The purchase was not made through our official website, ebook.nightsyllabus.com.
7. Age restriction
All purchases on Night Syllabus are restricted to individuals aged 18 years or older. If it is found that a purchase was made by a minor, access will be terminated immediately and a full refund will be issued without any deduction.
8. Changes to this policy
Night Syllabus reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
We recommend reviewing this policy every 30 days. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
